Mmm... I just made "Pappardelle with Slow-Braised Leeks and Crispy Porcini Pangrattato" from Jamie Oliver's new show. Of course he calls it "Cheater's Pappardelle," but I made the pasta from scratch using the pasta attachment that my brother lent me.
